  1. Check In & Check Out
    a. Check-In Time: 2:00 pm & Check-Out Time: 12:00 pm.
    b. For late checkouts, additional charges will be applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Reservation Policy:
    a. We accept only written bookings via email at info@taraphendeyling.com or reservation@taraphendeyling.com
    b. Verbal communication for reservation may not be valid.
    c. A written confirmation response confirming your booking will be sent via email to your office within 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    a. For any cancellations, a written email needs to be submitted to Hotel Tara Phendeyling Phuentsholing Reservation. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted for any reasons.
    b. Free cancellations can be made 30 days prior to arrival.
    c. 20% of invoice amount will be charged if cancellations are made 15 days before arrival.
    d. 50% of invoice amount will be charged if cancellations are made 10 days before arrival.
    e. 100 % of invoice amount will be charged if cancellations are made 7 days or less before arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Billing & Payment Policy:
    a. Before 30 days of arrival, you will be subjected to 20% payment as advance of the invoice amount.
    b. Before 15 to 30 days of arrival, you will be subjected to 50% payment as advance of the invoice amount.
    c. Before 15 days of arrival, you will be subjected to 100% payment as advance of the invoice amount.
    d. Failing to pay an advance payment shall lead to release of your bookings.
    e. Hotel rates are subjected to change and will be sent prior notice.
    f. All bills raised by the hotel will be in local currency (Ngultrum).
    g. Payment via bank transfer has to be intimated to Hotel Tara Phendeyling, Phuentsholing Reservation via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. No Show Policy:
    a. 100% of invoice amount will be charged on no show.
    b. A reservation is considered a \u201cNo Show\u201d if the arrival does not occur on the date reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Occupancy Policy:
    a. Maximum number of adults per room is three (3) only with extra bed, if no extra bed is requested, then the number of adults per room is two (2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Child Policy:
    a.
