Cancellation Policy: <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 a. For any cancellations, a written email needs to be submitted to Hotel Tara Phendeyling Phuentsholing Reservation. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted for any reasons. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0b. Free cancellations can be made 30 days prior to arrival. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0c. 20% of invoice amount will be charged if cancellations are made 15 days before arrival. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0d. 50% of invoice amount will be charged if cancellations are made 10 days before arrival. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0e. 100 % of invoice amount will be charged if cancellations are made 7 days or less before arrival.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e219524 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e219524\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>4. Billing &amp; Payment Policy:<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 a. Before 30 days of arrival, you will be subjected to 20% payment as advance of the invoice amount. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 b. Before 15 to 30 days of arrival, you will be subjected to 50% payment as advance of the invoice amount. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 c. Before 15 days of arrival, you will be subjected to 100% payment as advance of the invoice amount. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 d. Failing to pay an advance payment shall lead to release of your bookings. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 e. Hotel rates are subjected to change and will be sent prior notice. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 f. All bills raised by the hotel will be in local currency (Ngultrum). <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 g. Payment via bank transfer has to be intimated to Hotel Tara Phendeyling, Phuentsholing Reservation via email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2eb3515 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2eb3515\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>5. No Show Policy: <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 a. 100% of invoice amount will be charged on no show. <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 b.
